The CM sander is a machine suitable for separating sand and sediments present in sewage sludge. The sewage enters the settling tank, the sands and solids settle on the bottom, where a screw pushes them up to the discharge mouth.
In the upper part of the settling tank, there is the liquid without sands, which , through a weir, is discharged from the machine.
The motion is imparted to the screw by means of a gearmotor keyed directly onto the screw shaft.
The casing is lined with anti-wear sliding plates, which may be interchangeable.
The tank, of sturdy construction, has been designed for the most varied uses. The support columns are mounted at a suitable distance from the unloading point, so as to allow the positioning of containers, conveyor belts, etc.
Everything is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, each machine is marked and certified according to the Machinery Regulation 2006/42/CE.
The ramp can be equipped with nozzles to further wash the sand from any biodegradable materials.
